为解决防爆胶轮车制动冲击的问题,介绍防爆胶轮车制动系统,分析制动阀结构及踏板的特性曲线,指出其缺陷以及给车辆制动带来的不良影响。根据制动阀踏板现有结构,提出改进措施。通过对比分析改进前后踏板的特性曲线,说明改进后的制动阀更利于司机精准控制车辆的制动状态,改进效果显著。
In order to solve the problem of brake impact of explosion-proof rubber tire truck, this paper introduces the brake system of explosion-proof rubber tire truck, analyzes the brake valve structure and the characteristic curve of the pedal, points out the defects and the bad effects brought to the vehicle brake. According to the existing structure of brake valve pedal, put forward improvement measures. By comparing and analyzing the characteristic curves of the front and rear pedals, the improved brake valve is more conducive to the driver to precisely control the braking status of the vehicle, and the improvement effect is remarkable.
