目的检测鼻-鼻窦恶性肿瘤Th1/Th2水平的变化,探讨T淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱与鼻-鼻窦恶性肿瘤的关系。方法取鼻-鼻窦恶性肿瘤80例,以80例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为对照组,用流式细胞仪测定恶性组与对照组的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),经佛波酯PMA诱导培养后测定Th1细胞内IFN-γ和Th2细胞内IL-4的水平。结果恶性肿瘤组的CD3+CD8-IL-4+细胞高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD3+CD8-IFN-γ+细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05),且Th1/Th2比值降低(P<0.05)。结论外周血处于Th2优势分化状态,细胞免疫功能不能有效地激活,从而不利于机体组织以细胞免疫为主的抗肿瘤免疫反应,使鼻-鼻窦恶性肿瘤细胞得以生存发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 / Th2 levels in nasal - sinus malignant tumors and to explore the relationship between dysfunction of T lymphocyte subsets and nasal - sinus malignant tumors. Methods Eighty patients with nasal-sinus malignant tumors were enrolled in this study. Eighty patients with nasal septal deviation were selected as control group. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of malignant and control groups were determined by flow cytometry. After induced by phorbol ester PMA The levels of IL-4 in Th1 cells and IFN-γ in Th2 cells were determined. Results The levels of CD3 + CD8-IL-4 + cells in malignant tumor group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while the levels of CD3 + CD8-IFN- Decreased (P <0.05). Conclusions Peripheral blood is in the predominant Th2 differentiation state and cellular immune function can not be effectively activated, which is unfavorable to the cellular immune-based anti-tumor immune response in the body tissues, which makes the nasal-sinus malignant tumor cells survive and develop.
