本文用TBA显色法对头发及指甲糖化角蛋白(GHP,GNP)测定的水解时间、 标本用量等条件进行了探索,确定了较为合理的实验条件。正常人与糖尿病病人GHP测定批内CV分别为1.61%和1.98%,批间分别为1.83%和1.11%。GNP批内CV分别为3.19%和6.72%。GHP与GHb相关为r=0.66(P<0.01)。TBA法测定GHP和GNP方法简便,可作为糖尿病病人血糖控制情况的一回顾性观察指标。
In this paper, TBA colorimetric method was used to determine the hydrolytic time, amount of sample and other conditions of hair and nail glycosylated keratin (GHP, GNP) to determine the more reasonable experimental conditions. The intra-assay CV of GHP in normal subjects and diabetic patients were 1.61% and 1.98%, respectively, between the two groups were 1.83% and 1.11% respectively. The intra-day CV of GNP was 3.19% and 6.72% respectively. The correlation between GHP and GHb was r = 0.66 (P <0.01). TBA method for the determination of GHP and GNP is simple and can be used as a retrospective observation of glycemic control in diabetic patients.
