目的观察雷公藤内酯醇的局部刺激作用。方法采用雷公藤内酯醇对家兔、大鼠和小鼠进行局部刺激。结果雷公藤内酯醇1.11 ,2.22 ,4.44mmol·L-1 对兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均引起明显的红斑及水肿反应 ,病理组织学检查 ,表皮真皮呈明显炎症反应。2.22 ,4.44mmol·L -1 可引起小鼠耳廓明显肿胀。0.55 ,1 11mmol·L-1局部皮下注射可引起大鼠足跖肿胀 ,炎症反应于注射后d3达到高峰 ,并持续7d以上。局部注射可引起明显的疼痛反应以及毛细血管通透性增强。结论雷公藤内酯醇具有局部刺激作用 ,诱导的炎症反应不能为其自身的抗炎作用所拮抗。
Objective To observe the local stimulatory effects of triptolide. Methods The rats, rats and mice were locally stimulated with triptolide. RESULTS: Triptolide 1.11, 2.22, 4.44 mmol·L-1 caused obvious erythema and edema reaction to rabbit intact skin and damaged skin. Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis showed obvious inflammatory reaction. 2.22, 4.44mmol·L -1 can cause significant swelling of the mouse’s ear. Local subcutaneous injections of 0.55 and 11 mmol·L-1 could cause swelling of the paw in rats. The inflammatory response peaked at d3 after injection and persisted for more than 7 days. Local injections can cause significant pain reactions and increased capillary permeability. Conclusion Triptolide has local stimulatory effects and the induced inflammatory response cannot be antagonized by its own anti-inflammatory effects.
