采用燃速测试和热分析的方法 ,研究了炭黑、C60 和富勒烯黑三种形式碳类物质对 RDX- CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响 ,并用 AM1方法计算了球烯与 NO体系相互作用的能量变化。结果表明 ,C60 和富勒烯黑在提高双基推进剂燃速、增大平台效应范围和降低燃气中 NOx 含量等方面有更显著的作用。从球烯分子的空间结构以及用分子轨道理论对其成键能力所作的分析 ,提出了燃面上 Pbx C60 活性中心催化机理 ,解释了用 C60 及富勒烯黑取代双基推进剂中 Pb- Cu- CB催化体系中的炭黑 ,可取得更好催化效果的原因
The effects of carbon black, C60 and fullerene black on the combustion performance of RDX-CMDB propellants were studied by means of burning test and thermal analysis. The interaction between the catalysts and NO system was calculated by AM1 method The energy change. The results show that C60 and fullerene black have more significant effects in improving the burning rate of double base propellant, increasing the range of platform effect and reducing the NOx content in gas. Based on the analysis of the spatial structure of the olefins and the analysis of their bonding ability by molecular orbital theory, a catalytic mechanism of Pbx C60 active center on the burning surface is proposed. The results show that the substitution of C60 and fullerene black for the Pb- Carbon black in Cu-CB catalytic system can get better catalytic effect
