以某柜式空调器顶盖塑件为例,分析了塑件的成型工艺,采用Moldflow软件对塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,得到了一套合理实用的流道系统方案,介绍了产品的分模及模具结构排位设计,阐述了模具的结构特点及工作过程。实际生产表明,该模具采用大角度斜顶抽芯结构与弹簧顶出复位系统,能使顶盖模具使用寿命和动作稳定性大大提高,缩短了模具制造周期,降低了模具制造成本,具有较好的参考价值。
