射频接收机位于无线通信系统的最前端,其结构和性能直接影响着整个通信系统。优化设计结构和选择合适的制造工艺,以提高系统的性能价格比,是射频工程师追求的方向。由于零中频接收机具有体积小、成本低和易于单片集成的特点,已成为射频接收机中极具竞争力的一种结构,在无线通信领域中受到广泛的关注。
RF receiver is located in the forefront of wireless communication system, the structure and performance of a direct impact on the entire communication system. Optimize the design structure and select the appropriate manufacturing process, in order to improve the system cost performance, is the direction of the RF engineers. Due to its small size, low cost and easy monolithic integration, zero-IF receiver has become a very competitive structure in radio frequency receivers and has drawn wide attention in the field of wireless communications.
