通过多种色谱技术及NMR谱图分析,从我国传统民间药物东北雷公藤地上部分中共分离并鉴定了12个萜类化合物,分别为pubinernoid A(1),linarionoside A(2),linarionoside B(3),3,9-dihydroxymegastigman-5-ene(4),alangionoside J(5),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(6),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(7),(3S,5R,8R)-3,5-dihydroxymegastigma-6,7-dien-9-one(8),4(15)-eudesmen-1β,7,11-triol(9),pterodontriol B(10),triptofordin C-2(11)和(4R,5S,5aR,6S,7R,9R,9aR,10S)-7-acetoxy-6,9,10-trihydroxy-2,2,5a,9-tetramethyloctahydro-2H-3,9a-methanobenzo[b]oxepine-4,5-diyl dibenzoate(12).其中,化合物1~10为首次从东北雷公藤中分离得到.
