本文报告1例Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者。埋置VVI起搏器66天后开始出现与心房收缩有关的起搏脉冲刺激夺获心室失效—心室起搏的“P—S”现象。其发生与P—S间期关系密切,最大作用发生在P—S间期120～340ms时。经口服心得安治疗而恢复正常起搏。文中就该现象的特点、机制、处理及临床意义进行了讨论。
This article reports a case of Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block. Sixty-six days after implantation of the VVI pacemaker, a “P-S” phenomenon of ventricular pacing-ventricular pacing is initiated by the onset of atrial pacing-related pacing pulses. Its occurrence and P-S interval is closely related to the maximum effect occurred in the P-S interval of 120 ~ 340ms. After oral treatment of Andean and return to normal pacing.
