跟骨骨折占全身骨折的2%,是常见的足跗骨折,约占跗骨折的60%,75%跟骨折为关节内骨折,损伤机制及骨折类型较复杂,治疗较为困难。传统大多采取非手术治疗,至残率高达20%以上。近年来切开复位内固定同时配合中医药联合治疗跟骨关节内骨折,受到国内外骨科专家重视和认可。我院1998年2月～2006年12月采取切开复位重建、钢板内固定配合中药治疗跟骨骨折19例,取得较为满意效果。
Calcaneal fractures account for 2% of total body fractures, and are common fractures of the foot, accounting for about 60% of the fractures. Seventy-five percent of fractures are intra-articular fractures. The injury mechanism and type of fracture are complex and the treatment is more difficult. Most of the traditional non-surgical treatment to the residual rate of up to 20%. In recent years, open reduction and internal fixation combined with Chinese medicine treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures, orthopedic experts at home and abroad by the importance and recognition. Our hospital from February 1998 to December 2006 to open reduction and reconstruction, internal fixation with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of calcaneal fractures in 19 cases, and achieved more satisfactory results.
