机器制造业在向生产过程综合自动化过渡时,对产品检验提出了下列关键性的问题:(1)设计制造自动检验任意复杂形状零件(如螺纹、齿轮、汽轮机叶片等)的快速装置。(2)设计制造规格化的自动检验装置,当被测零件形状尺寸有所变更时,极易迅速地进行调整。(3)创制不与零件接触的测量发送器,它能将测量结果转换成易于引入电子计算装置的数码。(4)创制能在短时间内对零件同一检验工序实现多次重复测量的自动装置,其目的在于消除偶然因素的影响。
