高梯度氧化锌避雷器芯片是采用高频等离子体法生产的纳米粉体材料改性研制,该芯片的研制具有重要意义,能提高下游产业成套设备厂家产品的整体性能、有效降低电网建设成本、节约工程造价。针对高梯度氧化锌避雷器芯片的研发生产过程,本文分析了进行成本控制的重要意义,面对高梯度氧化锌避雷器芯片研发生产成本控制方面存在的问题,提出解决措施。

In view of the R & D and manufacturing process of high-gradient zinc oxide arrester chip, this paper analyzes the importance of cost control, faces the problems in R & D and production cost control of high-gradient zinc oxide arrester chip, and puts forward the solutions.
