所谓“一体化”训练的提法,是近些年来军队改革中出现的一个新名词,是对培养军地两用人才,实施军、政、科、文全面训练的概括。然而近年来一些民兵刊物、内部简报、上级文件和会议,也套用这一概念,提出对民兵也进行“军、政、科、文一体化训练”,有的还为此介绍经验,积极推广。军队“一体化训练”的问题这里不加评论,对民兵实施“一体化训练”,我总觉得这样的提法似
