目的研究采用化学方法除去地奥司明反应产物中含有的6-碘代地奥司明。方法采用正交试验设计,以6-碘代地奥司明的含量、地奥司明的纯度和收率作为考察指标,对反应液中的氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度、反应时间进行选择。结果采用30%氢氧化钠作溶剂,在60℃反应1 h即能除去地奥司明反应产物中的6-碘代地奥司明,收率为92%。结论所用方法可较好地除去地奥司明反应产物中的6-碘代地奥司明,可用于地奥司明的纯化。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical removal of 6-iodo-oseltamivir contained in desogestin reaction product. Methods Orthogonal design was used to determine the concentration of sodium hydroxide, the reaction temperature and the reaction time. The content of oseltamivir, the purity and yield of des ossemin were used as indexes. Results The 30% sodium hydroxide solution was used as the solvent and reacted at 60 ℃ for 1 hour to remove the oseltamivir 6-iodoacetimidate in desalted reaction product. The yield was 92%. Conclusion The method used to remove 6-iodo-oseltin in the desatseming reaction product can be used for the purification of desoacemine.
