结合高地应力区兰渝铁路某隧道实际施工方法,运用有限元分析软件MIDASGTS进行隧道三台阶法开挖数值模拟分析,通过选取合适物理力学参数进行建模,从模型中提取围岩位移、塑性区、二衬位移、轴力、弯矩等数据进行分析,通过对比分析,得出台阶法施工中应加强支护部位及支护控制措施(如超前支护、拱腰、拱脚加密锁脚锚管等),二衬受力、变形随侧压力系数变化趋势、二衬安全系数等,并和隧道实际监测数据进行对比分析,验证数值模拟的合理性和正确性,可以为高地应力隧道设计施工提供有益的参考。
Combined with the actual construction method of a tunnel in Lan-Yu Railway in high-stress area, the finite element analysis software MIDASGTS was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of three-step excavation of tunnels, and the appropriate physical and mechanical parameters were selected for modeling. The displacements of surrounding rock and plastic zone , Second lining displacement, axial force and bending moment are analyzed. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the support parts and support control measures should be strengthened in the step construction (such as advanced support, arch waist, Pipe, etc.), the force of the second lining, the trend of the deformation with the lateral pressure coefficient, the safety factor of the second lining and so on, and compared with the actual monitoring data of the tunnel to verify the rationality and correctness of the numerical simulation.
