介绍了在电力库联营模式下水电竞价上网的方式及其当量定价方法。由于水电工况变化较大 ,要求合理评价其容量和电量价值 ,当量电价就有了独特的优势。原则是电力交易中心优先利用水电 ,但其电价由其等值火电决定。方法是水调中心先申报水电的日上网容量和电量 ,用峰修整方法获得修整后火电系统面对的剩余负荷曲线 ,然后 ,用实用当量电价法确定各火电的当量电价 ,再将水电插入 ,用其上下相邻火电的当量电价等值该水电 ,并评定其电价。整个过程是通过水调中心和电力交易中心之间的电量及电价几次交互 ,达到双方可接受的协调一致。最后讨论了水电的年收支平衡问题。这一方法很好地体现了当量电价方法的优越性
This paper introduces the way of bidding for electricity and water and its equivalent pricing method under the pool mode. Due to the large changes in hydropower conditions require a reasonable assessment of its capacity and value of electricity, equivalent electricity has a unique advantage. The principle is that power trading centers give priority to the use of hydropower, but their electricity prices are determined by their equivalent thermal power.
