Peripheral lymphatic fistulas are most likely to result from a sudden onset of cochlear and vestibular symptoms following either a closed or open head trauma but may not necessarily show lesions in the middle ear. In addition, some patients with peripartum lymphatic fistula may not have any improvement in symptoms despite revision surgery, as fistulas outside the two windows may not be found. Of the 682 patients with head trauma admitted in 1984, 11 (1.4%) had sudden cochlear and vestibular symptoms and were diagnosed as having perilymphatic fistula surgery. Results: Fistulas were confirmed in 10 of the 10 patients: 8 in the circle Window or oval window, or two windows have fistula, of which 2 cases of round fistula at the same time outside the semicircular canal fistula; the other two cases only in the outer semicircular canal fistula. Fistula found above the case of vertigo after repair
