研究了高温条件下用碳还原含 Si O2 合成渣的过程。结果表明 :温度是使氧化物 ( Si O2 ,Mg O和 Al2 O3)还原的重要因素。在较高的温度和碳过剩条件下 ,控制适当的熔渣碱度和增加 Mg O含量 ,可增加渣中还原 Si O2 所生成的 Si C并减少所形成的 Si O,实现在较高温度条件下抑制渣中 Si O2被还原的目的。
The process of reduction of Si 2 O 2 -containing slag with carbon under high temperature conditions was studied. The results show that temperature is an important factor for the reduction of oxides (Si O2, MgO and Al2 O3). Under the conditions of high temperature and excess carbon, controlling appropriate basicity of slag and increasing MgO content can increase Si C generated by reduction of Si O2 in slag and reduce formed Si O, and achieve higher temperature conditions Under the suppression of Si02 slag reduction purposes.
