为紫苏新品种选育、审定与推广应用提供依据,采用区域试验方法,在贵州省6个区域试验点对7个紫苏品种(系)的主要性状与品质进行研究。结果表明:参试品种(系)均较对照(贵阳市开阳县禾丰乡农家种)增产,增幅为19.52%~62.2%;生育期较对照提早2~9.4d;参试品种(系)含油率为40.11%~49.12%,除7号外其余品系均较对照提高;亚麻酸含量为51.22%~60.62%,除8号和9号品系外,其余品种(系)均高于对照。筛选获得产量、品质及稳定性均较优良的品种(系)5号和8号及含油率表现突出的1号品系。
This study provided the basis for selection, validation, popularization and application of perilla new varieties, and studied the main characters and qualities of seven perilla varieties by using regional test methods in 6 regional pilot sites in Guizhou Province. The results showed that: the tested varieties (lines) increased yield by 19.52% -62.2% compared with the control (Hefeng Township, Guiyang, Henan Province); the growth period was 2 ~ 9.4 days earlier than the control; The oil content was 40.11% -49.12%, except the 7th, the rest of the lines increased compared with the control. The content of linolenic acid was 51.22% -60.62%. Except the 8th and 9th lines, the other varieties (lines) were higher than the control. The strains (lines) No.5 and No.8 with excellent yield and quality and stability were screened and the No.1 line with outstanding oil content was selected.
