目的分析比较乳腺浸润性微乳头状癌(IMPC)妇女外周血辅助性及调节性T细胞表达水平。方法连续选择2012年1—12月经临床及病理确诊住院的女性IMPC患者21例,选择同期住院乳腺浸润性导管癌患者(IDC)24例,同期住院确诊为乳腺良性疾病女性患者27例,采用流式细胞仪进行外周血血清及病灶组织上清液中辅助性T细胞(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8)和调节性T细胞(CD4CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg)表达水平测定。结果 IMPC患者外周血及病灶组织CD3+、CD4+表达水平、CD+4/CD+8比值均明显低于IDC组及对照组,CD8+水平则明显高于后两者(均P<0.05或P<0.01);IMPC组外周血及病灶组织CD4CD25+Treg及CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg表达水平均明显高于IDC组及对照组(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 IMPC患者外周血及病灶组织中存在明确的调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达,可能与其生物学行为及特殊的临床表现有关。
Objective To compare the expression of helper and regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of women with invasive breast micro-papillary carcinoma (IMPC). Methods Twenty-one female patients with IMPC who were hospitalized clinically and pathologically from January to December in 2012 were enrolled in this study. Twenty-four patients with IDC were enrolled in this study. Twenty-seven women were diagnosed with benign breast disease in hospital during the same period. Cytokines were detected in peripheral blood serum and in the supernatant of the lesion tissue for the presence of helper T cells (CD 3, CD 4, CD 8, CD 4 / CD 8) and regulatory T cells (CD4 CD25 + Treg and CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + Treg) expression levels. Results The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD + 4 / CD + 8 in peripheral blood and tumor tissues of IMPC patients were significantly lower than those of IDC and control groups, while the levels of CD8 + were significantly higher in the two groups (all P <0.05 or P <0.01) ). The expression levels of CD4 CD25 + Treg and CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + Treg in peripheral blood and tumor tissue in IMPC group were significantly higher than those in IDC group and control group (all P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of regulatory T cells and helper T cells in peripheral blood and tumor tissues of IMPC patients may be related to their biological behavior and special clinical manifestations.
