在市场经济的推进的过程中,企业开始受到各种不同的文化的影响与制约。进而在很大程度上改变了企业的发展防线、运营机制以及管理模式。要想使得以顺利的可持续的发展,需要完善以及加强对企业的政工管理的工作。企业的员工是企业这个经济组织的重要主体,同时也在企业的政治思想工作中居于重要的主体地位。在社会主义新时期,受到不同文化以及其他方面的影响,企业的员工之间在世界观、人生观以及思考方式等等方面存在较大的差异,具有较大的可塑造性。因此,我们需要主动地、有针对性地,同时根据企业的实际需要开展思想政治工作,帮助员工树立良好价值观、世界观以及人生观,对其思想动态进行把握,使其思想能够得到解放,从而使企业的可持续发展奠定良好的思想基础。
