利用有限元分析了碳/Kevlar混杂纤维制备头盔时多种铺层方式的固化变形,根据头盔变形发生位置和小变形量的要求,确定了头盔在CF/KF/CF混杂方式下[02C/904K/02C]的铺层方式;保证头盔与外部设备的安装不受影响。利用VARI工艺制备头盔,并对碳纤维与C/K混杂纤维复合材料进行冲击试验,结果表明C/K混杂纤维耐冲击性能优于碳纤维复合材料。
The finite element analysis of the carbon / Kevlar hybrid fiber helmet preparation of a variety of ply curing deformation, according to the location of the helmet deformation and deformation requirements of the small, determine the helmet in the CF / KF / CF hybrid mode [02C / 904K / 02C] ply way; to ensure the helmet and external equipment installation is not affected. The VARI process was used to prepare the helmet, and the impact test of carbon fiber and C / K hybrid fiber composite was carried out. The results show that the impact resistance of C / K hybrid fiber is better than carbon fiber composite.
