目的采用湿法消解处理白英药材,建立不同产地白英药材中砷、汞、铅、镉、铜的含量测定方法。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定白英药材中铅和镉的含量,氢化物法测定白英药材中砷的含量,冷蒸汽吸收法测定白英药材中汞的含量,火焰原子吸收法测定铜的含量。结果白英药材中砷、汞、铅、镉、铜的加样回收率(n=6)分别为90.3%、95%、85.4%、87.9%、96.0%,RSD≤3.6%。结论所用方法精密度高,重复性好,干扰小,适合白英中有害元素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium and copper in Chinese white medicinal materials from different habitats by wet digestion treatment. Methods The contents of lead and cadmium in Baiying medicinal materials were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of arsenic in Baiying medicinal materials was determined by hydride method. The content of mercury in Baiying medicinal materials was determined by cold vapor absorption method. The atomic absorption spectrometry Content. Results The recoveries of arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium and copper in Baiying herbs were 90.3%, 95%, 85.4%, 87.9% and 96.0%, respectively, with RSD ≤ 3.6%. Conclusion The method used has high precision, good repeatability, low interference, and is suitable for the determination of harmful elements in the Chinese white.
