对粉末冶金工艺制备的铍铝合金显微组织的评定方法进行了探讨。提出对该合金显微组织评定的4个定量参数:铍聚集区的最大尺寸、铝相区的最大尺寸、铍相和铝相的面积分布、铍相和铝相的综合颗粒大小。建议在金相检验中对这四方面的特征进行测量,以提高对材料组织的监测能力。
The method of evaluating the microstructure of beryllium-aluminum alloy prepared by powder metallurgy was discussed. Four quantitative parameters for evaluating the microstructure of the alloy were proposed: the maximum size of the beryllium accumulation zone, the maximum size of the aluminum phase zone, the area distribution of the beryllium phase and the aluminum phase, the integrated particle size of the beryllium phase and the aluminum phase. It is suggested that these four aspects should be measured in the metallographic examination to improve the monitoring of material organization.
