国内外航空航天领域正面临着急需通过对元器件减重来达到整机装备减重的情况,这迫使元器件朝着轻量化、小型化的方向发展。通过对Nexans公司生产的新型航空航天用铜铝复合金属导体电缆的基本性能评价和空间环境试验,并将结果和相同载流量的C55系列航空航天用耐高温铜合金导体电缆对比,验证了新型航空航天用铜铝复合金属导体电缆在航空航天环境下具有长期应用可靠性。
Domestic and international aerospace field is facing the urgent need to reduce weight through the components to achieve weight loss of the whole machine equipment, which forced the components toward lightweight and miniaturization direction. Through the evaluation of the basic performance and the space environment test of the new aerospace copper-aluminum composite metal conductor cable produced by Nexans Company and the comparison of the results with the C55 series high temperature resistant copper alloy conductor cable with the same current carrying capacity, Aerospace copper-aluminum composite metal conductor cables have long-term application reliability in aerospace environments.
