当前,在校学生都患有不同程度的心理障碍和心理疾病,已影响到学生的健康成长与成才。本文通过对在校学生心理健康状况的分析,指出了体育运动对学学生心理健康的影响:体育锻炼对发展学生的智力具有积极的影响;体育运动有助于情感与情绪的调节;体育运动有助于人际关系的建立和改善;体育运动有助于人际关系的建立和改善;体育运动有助于削除学生的心理障碍;体育运动有助于削除学生的心理障碍。在此基础上,文章提出了通过学校体育教育和体育锻炼促进学生心理健康的建议,以促进在校学生心理的健康发展。
