知识和技术型员工作为掌握科学技术的人才是一个企业提高竞争力的关键因素,而在职培训可以为企业培养更多这样的人才。研究在职培训的投资收益,对于提升培训在终身学习中的作用、建立学习型社会,完善我国人力资源开发体系具有重要的现实意义。本文在对在职培训相关基本概念解析的基础上,分析了我国在职培训的历史发展和现状,在职培训投资的成本与收益,并在总结全文之后提出了几点对策,希望对促进在职培训在今后的发展有参考作用。
