近年研究表明粉防己碱 (tetrandrine ,Tet)可通过阻滞电压依从性或受体依从性通道抑制Ca2 +内流、抑制细胞内Ca2 +动员、促进线粒体及微粒体Ca2 +摄取而维持细胞内Ca2 +稳态 ,保护细胞免受损伤。Tet能够抑制T淋巴细胞、嗜中性白细胞及单核巨噬细胞的增殖和激活 ,从而达到调节免疫机能、抑制炎症反应的作用。Tet还可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药而具有抗肿瘤作用。此外 ,Tet在保护肝细胞、抗肝纤维化、降低门静脉高压及防治门脉高压等方面具有良好的应用前景。
Recent studies have shown that tetrandrine (Tet) can inhibit intracellular Ca2 + influx by blocking voltage compliance or receptor-dependent channels, inhibit intracellular Ca2 + mobilization, and promote uptake of mitochondria and microsomal Ca2 + while maintaining intracellular Ca2 + Steady state, protect cells from damage. Tet can inhibit the proliferation and activation of T lymphocytes, neutrophils and mononuclear macrophages in order to regulate the immune function and inhibit the inflammatory reaction. Tet can also induce apoptosis of tumor cells and reverse the anti-tumor effects of multidrug resistance in tumor cells. In addition, Tet has good application prospects in the protection of liver cells, anti-liver fibrosis, lower portal hypertension and prevention and treatment of portal hypertension.
