项目管理是一项复杂的系统工程,既受到规划设计的影响,也受到项目参与各方、社会环境,自然条件等多种因素的影响。搞好建设项目的建设管理工作,除了应该遵循国家有关建设项目的法律、法规、政策和基本建设程序外,还应充分重视建设项目自身特点,具体分析项目存在的各种风险因素,包括:人的因素、材料因素、机械设备因素、施工技术和方法因素、施工环境因素、项目所处的社会因素等等,从而找出主要风险因素加以分析和控制,达到项目建设的总目标。
Project management is a complex systematic project, which is influenced not only by planning and design but also by various factors such as project participants, social environment and natural conditions. In addition to following the laws, regulations, policies and capital construction procedures for construction projects in China, proper attention should be paid to the characteristics of construction projects and the various risk factors that exist in the project, including: people , Material factors, mechanical equipment factors, construction techniques and method factors, construction environment factors and social factors of the project, so as to find out the main risk factors to be analyzed and controlled and achieve the general goal of project construction.
