任何外在避免事故发生的安全防护措施都不能百分之百的确保零事故,正所谓危险是绝对的,安全是相对的。然而在设计上消除或减少潜在危险源可以有效的降低事故发生的概率,“你没有的东西永远都不会泄漏”。本文通过近期化工事故的分析,结合传统安全设计、本质化安全设计的研究对比,阐述化工工艺设备本质安全化设计的重要性、优越性以及使用时会应注意的问题。
Any external safety measures to prevent accidents can not be 100% to ensure zero accidents, the so-called danger is absolute, safety is relative. However, eliminating or reducing potential hazards in design can effectively reduce the probability of an accident, and “what you do not have will never leak.” Based on the analysis of recent chemical accidents and the comparison of the traditional safety design and the essential safety design, this paper expounds the importance and superiority of the chemical safety equipment design and the problems that should be noticed when it is used.
