目的探讨断肠草提取物对小鼠的毒力作用。方法灌胃法。结果断肠草提取物对小鼠具有很强的毒杀作用。一次性注射0.5 ml、浓度为0.003、0.004、0.005 g/ml的断肠草提取物时,小鼠在30 min内的死亡率分别为8.33%、41.67%、100%。同时,断肠草提取物对小鼠的毒杀作用迅速。当浓度为0.005 g/ml时,小鼠在20 min内全部死亡,平均致死时间为12.8 min;浓度为0.004 g/ml时,试鼠在28 min内死亡了5只,剩余的2 d内未见死亡;浓度为0.003 g/ml,试鼠在16 min时死亡1只,剩余的2 d内仍未见死亡。中毒小鼠均表现出活动迟缓,步伐不稳,身体抽搐,肤色变黑等一些症状。结论断肠草提取物对小鼠毒杀作用显著,所需剂量少,致死时间短,为开发植物性灭鼠剂提供了技术参考。
Objective To investigate the virulence of extract of Herba Sigei in mice. Methods gavage method. The results of intestinal extract of grass extract has a strong toxic effect on mice. Conclusion The extract of Herba Scutellariae has obvious toxicological effects on mice, less dosage and shorter lethal time, which provides a technical reference for the development of plant rodenticides.
