RG113线缆绝缘外皮激光剥离方法的研究

线缆被广泛应用在各个领域,但是传统的线缆绝缘层剥离技术在效率、精度方面都存在着不同程度上的缺陷.与传统方法相比,激光剥离技术在效率和精度等方面有着独特的优势.通过对RG113线缆绝缘层激光剥离技术进行理论分析,试验研究探究激光功率、扫描速度、频率、离焦量等参数对RG113线缆绝缘外皮的剥离质量的影响,并基于单因素试验研究结果进行了正交试验优化,得到了较优的剥离加工参数,即平均功率取17 W,激光扫描速度取4 mm/s,频率取45 kHz,离焦量取-0.5 mm.最后通过该参数对绝缘进行剥离加工分析,绝缘层完全被切透且切口宽度只有0.375 mm,达到了较优的剥离效果.“,”Cables are widely used in various fields.However,the traditional cable insulation layer stripping technique has various defects in terms of efficiency and precision.Compared with traditional methods,laser stripping technology has unique advantages in terms of efficiency and accuracy.Through the theoretical analysis of laser stripping RG113 cable insulation layer technology,to experimental research explore the effect of laser power,scanning speed,frequency and defocusing amount on the quality of the RG113 cable insulation epidermal stripping,and based on the results of single factor test to optimize the orthogonal experiment and get a better stripping processing parameters,the average power for 17 W,laser scanning speed for 4 mm/s,frequency for 45 kHz,defocusing amount for -0.5 mm.Finally,through this parameter to analyze stripping process of the insulation layer,and the insulation layer was completely cut and the width of incision was 0.375 mm,which achieved a better stripping effect.
