中粮万科长阳半岛项目是目前国内装配率最高的住宅项目,装配率达到32%。作为施工单位,中建一局建设发展公司(以下简称一局发展)是首次涉足装配式施工领域,与万科对装配式住宅十余年的研发、投入、实践相比,一局发展只是一个学生。但面对机遇与挑战,企业敢于从零开始寻找装配式住宅的核心技术。面对新机遇,从零开始新型装配式住宅结构没有可查阅的资料,没有工程范例,没有相关熟练的管理与技术人员,现场施工作业的工人更没有经验,这些都是摆在一局发展项目部面前的难题。用“赤膊上阵”可以很贴切地形容刚进场时的项目部工作人员。不会干就学。该项目部进场后首先决定快速向万科学习在装配式结构方面的相关经验。但是,万科公司在装配式住宅的施工方面经验有限,他们作为地产商考虑更多的问题是
