目的:探讨肝泰胶囊对对乙酰氨基酚(acetaminophen,AAP)所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:随机将小鼠分为4组,每组10只。分别给予肝泰胶囊,联苯双酯(药物对照组),0.9%氯化钠溶液(空白对照组和模型组)干预10d后,采用AAP腹腔注射,造成急性实验性肝损伤。测定各组肝损伤后的血清谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST);肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD);HE伊红染色观察病理改变,电镜下观察细胞器的变化。结果:肝泰胶囊能明显降低AAP所致急性肝损伤小鼠的ALT、AST活性,同时提高肝组织中GSH、SOD水平,并能明显改善肝脏组织病理。结论:肝泰胶囊对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of gai tai capsule on acute chemical liver injury induced by acetaminophen (AAP) in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 rats. The rats were given intraperitoneal injection of AAP intraperitoneally for 10 days after treatment with Gantai capsule, bifendate (drug control group) and 0.9% sodium chloride solution (blank control group and model group), respectively, resulting in acute experimental liver injury. The levels of serum glutamate aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), liver malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase ); HE eosin staining pathological changes observed under electron microscopy organelle changes. Results: Gantai capsule can significantly reduce the ALT and AST activity in acute liver injury induced by AAP, and improve the level of GSH and SOD in liver tissue, and can significantly improve the histopathology of liver. Conclusion: Gantai capsule can protect mice from acute chemical liver injury.
