目的：了解对用作异体角膜上皮细胞移植供体医学标准的控制和效果。方法：分析１４眼用于该术供体的眼库资料与临床效果。结果：用于该术供体的医学标准的具体控制严于其他移植术。如离体时间＜３小时，保存时间＜６小时，严格供体细菌处理及评价；与临床密切信息沟通，尽量分配高质量、年轻的供体。结果获得满意的临床效果，１３／１４术后５天受体角膜即被所移植的角膜上皮完全覆盖。结论：严格掌握用于该术供体医学标准能确保角膜缘干细胞活性，是手术成功的基础。
OBJECTIVES: To understand the controls and effects on the medical standards used as donors for allogeneic corneal epithelial cell transplantation. Methods: Forty eyes were analyzed for eye bank data and clinical results. Results: The specific control over the medical criteria used for the donor was more severe than for other grafts. Such as in vitro time <3 hours, save time <6 hours, strict donor bacterial treatment and evaluation; and clinical close communication, try to allocate high-quality, young donor. The results obtained satisfactory clinical results, 13/14 5 days after the recipient cornea is completely covered by the transplanted corneal epithelium. CONCLUSIONS: Strict control of the medical standards used for this donor ensures limbal stem cell activity and is the basis for successful surgery.
