目的:观察多排螺旋CT心肌灌注在诊断冠心病缺血心肌中的应用疗效。方法:78例冠心病缺血心肌患者随机分为对照组与研究组,对比两组患者的静息灌注、负荷灌注心肌图像,对患者的心肌灌注的缺损性质进行评价,并且测量患者的心肌密度。结果:研究组患者的静息灌注和负荷灌注的均比对照组的数值低;研究组的心肌密度测量中除了平扫以外,静息灌注、静息延迟15s、静息延迟30s以及负荷灌注的数值比对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT心肌灌注对于冠心病缺血心肌的诊断十分有效,提升了诊断的准确率,并能为临床诊断提供了心肌血流循环信息。同时减少了治疗费用,减轻患者的负担,具有良好的临床应用价值,在临床上值得推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of multi-slice spiral CT myocardial perfusion in the diagnosis of ischemic myocardium of coronary heart disease. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with ischemic myocardium with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and study group. Resting perfusion and perfusion myocardial images were compared between the two groups. The myocardial perfusion defects were evaluated and the myocardial density . Results: In the study group, the values of resting perfusion and perfusion were lower than those of the control group. Resting perfusion, rest delay of 15s, rest delay of 30s and perfusion Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT myocardial perfusion is very effective for the diagnosis of ischemic myocardium of coronary heart disease, which improves the diagnostic accuracy and provides information of myocardial blood flow circulation for clinical diagnosis. At the same time reducing the cost of treatment, reduce the burden on patients with good clinical value, it is worth to promote and apply in clinic.
