为了检查高邮县肺结核病登记报告制度执行情况,我所于1986年10月采用随机抽样开展漏报率调查。总漏报率为42.3％。部分医务人员重临床业务,对肺结核登记报告意义认识不足,执行报告制度不认真,责任心不强是漏报的主要原因。为此提出今后要加强宣传,提高医务人员认识和执行登记报告的自觉性,建立健全有关制度并列入医疗单位年终考评内容,以促进该项工作开展。
In order to check the implementation of the reporting system for tuberculosis in Gaoyou County, we carried out a failure rate survey in October 1986 using random sampling. The total missing rate was 42.3%. Some medical staff re-clinical business, lack of understanding of the significance of the report of tuberculosis registration, the implementation of the reporting system is not serious, the responsibility is not strong is the main reason for underreporting. To this end, it is proposed that we should step up publicity and raise awareness of medical personnel and implement the registration report in the future, establish and improve relevant systems and include year-end assessment of medical units so as to promote this work.
