目的:了解新疆维吾尔自治区乡镇卫生院管理干部培训现况及培训需求。方法:于2011年11月至2012年1月对和田、昌吉州两地172名乡镇卫生院管理干部进行问卷调查了解相关信息。结果:乡镇卫生院管理干部男性占69.6%,以大专学历(54.1%)和初级职称(46.7%)为主;94.2%表示愿意接受医院管理知识和技能的培训或学习;54.7%认为培训最好由卫生厅举办,培训时间在1~2周为宜,授课教师最好是经验丰富的医院管理者,最佳的授课方式是案例解析、课堂讲授和互动研讨。培训内容应包括依法执业与医疗安全、突发公共卫生事件应急处理、行政管理和财务管理知识、政策法规等。影响培训效果的因素主要是培训内容、培训方式和培训教师的水平。结论:目前新疆乡镇卫生院管理干部学历和职称偏低,管理知识和技能薄弱,对卫生管理知识培训的需求较高。但培训中应注意选择适当的培训内容、培训时间、培训方式和授课教师,以保证培训效果。
Objective: To understand the status quo and training needs of township hospitals management cadres in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods: From November 2011 to January 2012, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 172 township hospitals in Hetian and Changji prefectures to find out the relevant information. Results: 69.6% were male doctors in township health centers, with college degree (54.1%) and junior professional title (46.7%); 94.2% said they were willing to receive training or study in hospital management knowledge and skills; 54.7% Held by the Department of Health, the training time is 1 to 2 weeks is appropriate, the best teachers is experienced hospital managers, the best teaching methods are case analysis, classroom teaching and interactive discussion. Training content should include legal practice and medical safety, emergency response to public health emergencies, administrative management and financial management knowledge, policies and regulations. The main factors affecting the effectiveness of training are the content of training, training methods and the level of training teachers. Conclusion: At present, the management level and professional titles of management cadres in township hospitals in Xinjiang are low, their management knowledge and skills are weak, and the demand for health management knowledge training is high. However, training should pay attention to select the appropriate training content, training time, training methods and instructors to ensure the training effect.
