在带钢轧制过程中,测厚仪是重要的检测设备,厚度测量精度直接影响板材的质量。宝日1 800 mm轧机4架后测厚仪常出现通信干扰问题,针对设备的结构特点及故障产生的机理,对故障全面分析,确认信号电缆路由不当、接地系统不良、通信模块设计缺陷、RS232接口通信距离太长是引起厚度曲线异常的主要原因。通过研究分析,并根据相关理论依据,采取切实有效的措施,消除通信干扰问题,从而避免了厚度曲线异常的发生。
In the strip rolling process, the thickness gauge is an important testing equipment, the thickness measurement accuracy directly affects the quality of the sheet. In order to analyze the structural characteristics of the equipment and the mechanism of failure, a comprehensive analysis of the failure of the four post-thickness gages of 1 800 mm mill in Baoji was conducted to confirm that the signal cables were routed improperly, the grounding system was defective, the design of the communication module was defective, the RS232 Interface communication distance is caused by abnormal thickness of the main reason. Through research and analysis, and according to the relevant theoretical basis, take effective measures to eliminate the interference problem, thus avoiding the occurrence of abnormal thickness curve.
