目的通过对现有X-γ射线探伤室安全防护现状的研究,探索较为有效的安全联锁防护方法,达到保护辐射工作人员及公众的目的。方法采用门机联锁、剂量联锁、剂量值配合警报器联锁等较为安全有效的方法为探伤室设计安全联锁防护方案。结果通过对安全联锁装置的优化、创新设计,使X射线探伤室安全联锁合理化,为γ射线探伤室提供合理有效的安全联锁方法。结论对不同的场所采用不同的联锁设计,可大为改善和发展安全联锁的效能。
Objective To explore the current situation of X-ray inspection room safety protection and explore more effective safety interlock protection methods to achieve the goal of protecting radiation workers and the public. Methods The more secure and effective methods such as interlocking with door machine, dose interlocking, dosage value matching with siren interlocking, etc. Results Through the optimization and innovative design of the safety interlock, the safety interlock of the X-ray flaw detection room was rationalized to provide a reasonable and effective safety interlock method for the gamma ray flaw detection room. Conclusions The use of different interlocking designs for different venues can greatly improve and develop the effectiveness of safety interlocks.
