为促进变换催化剂作用的有效发挥,采取相应措施提高其使用寿命是必要的。变换催化剂使用寿命的影响因素包括热稳定性能、油水活性、瓷球装填、催化剂装填、升温还原等内容。同时,为延长变换催化剂使用寿命,应该净化原料中的气体、优化操作压力、重视操作温度控制、优化空气速度,并改进装置设计、加强系统运行管理和检查。
In order to promote the effective use of the shift catalyst, it is necessary to take appropriate measures to improve its service life. Factors influencing the service life of the catalyst include thermal stability, oil-water activity, ceramic ball packing, catalyst packing, temperature reduction and so on. At the same time, in order to prolong the service life of the shift catalyst, it is necessary to purify the gas in the feedstock, optimize the operation pressure, emphasize the operation temperature control, optimize the air speed, and improve the device design to strengthen the system operation management and inspection.
