应用ELISA抑制法检测小鼠红细胞内约氏疟原虫抗原的敏感性和特异性进行了观察,微板抗原包被剂量为20μg/ml,用反复感染原虫小鼠20只的感染混合血清作为抑制反应剂,结果表明ELISA抑制法的敏感度随着感染混合血清稀释度增加而提高,当1:500稀释时红细胞内抗原测水平为1虫/10~4BRC;感染小鼠阳性率为95.8%(64/48),正常小鼠阴性率为90.3%(28/31)。
The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA inhibition assay for erythrocytic antigen of Plasmodium yoelii in mice were observed. The microplate antigen was coated at a dose of 20μg / ml. The mixed sera of 20 infected protozoal mice were used as the suppressive reaction The results showed that the sensitivity of ELISA inhibition increased with the increase of dilution of mixed sera. The level of erythrocytic antigen was 1 worm / 10 ~ 4BRC when diluted 1: 500, and the positive rate of infected mice was 95.8% (64 / 48). The negative rate of normal mice was 90.3% (28/31).
