目的:研究微波在治聋中对内耳的作用机制,比较各种辐射强度对内耳及其邻近眼、脑的影响。方法:用LDF、血管纹红细胞计数、AP反应阈测试和电镜等方法,观察辐射后动物的各种生理和病理上的改变。结果:强度小于 1W/cm2时,除起有效作用外,无任何形态学及生理功能上的损害表现,强度大于3W/cm2时则损害明显。结论:微波是一有效的治聋手段,能对内耳起直接的效应作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of microwave on deafness in the inner ear and compare the effects of various radiation intensities on the inner ear and its neighboring eyes and brain. Methods: Various physiological and pathological changes of irradiated animals were observed by LDF, RBC count, AP reaction threshold test and electron microscopy. Results: The strength of less than 1W / cm2, in addition to play an effective role, without any morphological and physiological damage performance, more than 3W / cm2 intensity was significantly damaged. Conclusion: Microwave is an effective means of deafness and can play a direct effect on the inner ear.
