在本研究的Ⅰ和Ⅱ中已分别讨论了穗部性状的杂种优势、显性表现、亲子回归、性状相关以及 F_2的分离模式,还提出了理想穗型结构及其选择原则。然而,必须指出,由多种性状复合而成的高梁花序,其遗传因素相当复杂,如欲在其自然分离的世代中选得理想穗型,机率甚低。因而,在育种程序中必须注意选择与控制授粉相结合。分离世代的控制授粉主要是自交和回交,前者经由离析以供选择,后者通过改造以达标的。如在分离世代中选得基本理想之个体,只有某一性状欠佳,则可通过回交和选
The panicle traits heterosis, dominant expression, parent-child regression, trait correlation, and F 2 separation patterns were discussed in I and II of this study. The ideal panicle structure and its selection principle were also proposed. However, it must be pointed out that the combination of multiple traits of sorghum inflorescences, the genetic factors are quite complex, if the natural separation of its generation in the desired panicle, the probability is very low. Therefore, care must be taken in breeding programs to select and control pollination. The control pollination of the offspring is mainly self-pollination and backcrossing. The former is selected through segregation, and the latter is up-regulated through transformation. If an individual selected as a basic ideal in a separated generation has only one trait of poor character,
