目的:探究白细胞介素-10(IL-10)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)易感性的相关性。方法:选取87例经病理组织学证实为EMs患者,对照组为100例健康女性,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析方法,对两组妇女IL-10-1082、-819和-592位点的基因行多态性分析。结果:与对照组相比,EMs组-1082G/A位点等位基因及基因频率无差异(P>0.05),-819 T/C和-592A/C位点等位基因或基因型频率较高(P<0.05);与Ⅰ-Ⅱ期EMs患者相比,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期EMs患者-819T/C和-592A/C位点等位基因或基因型频率显著较高(P<0.01)。结论:IL-10基因在-819T/C以及-592A/C位点的多态性与EMs的易感性有显著相关性。
Objective: To investigate the association between interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to endometriosis (EMs). Methods: A total of 87 patients with pathologically confirmed EMs were enrolled. The control group was 100 healthy women. The levels of IL-10 in the two groups of women were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) -1082, -819 and -592 loci gene polymorphism analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in alleles and frequencies of -1082G / A locus in EMs (P> 0.05). The frequency of alleles or genotypes at -819 T / C and -592A / C loci The frequencies of -819T / C and -592A / C alleles were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ EMs than those in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ EMs (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The polymorphisms of IL-10 gene at -819T / C and -592A / C are significantly associated with susceptibility to EMs.
