供应链物流系统是供应链成功与否最关键也是最难实现的因素之一.文章以和谐管理理论为基础,构建了一套供应链物流系统和谐性诊断要素体系并给出释义;把柯西型隶属度函数、改进的层次分析法分别用于完全不和谐矩阵和不和谐度、受制约度的计算;提出了一种多层次和谐分析工具,即D-C层次立体空间.这些方法有助于快捷找出不和谐的关键所在,为及时采取改进措施提升和谐度提供了依据.实证结果也验证了文章中提出的要素体系及方法用于供应链物流系统和谐性诊断的合理性和科学性.
Supply chain logistics system is one of the most critical and difficult to achieve supply chain success or failure.In this paper, based on the theory of harmonious management, this paper constructs a set of elements of diagnosis system of supply chain logistics system harmonics and gives the explanation; Type membership function and improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are respectively used to calculate the total discordant matrix and discordance and degree of restraint degree. A multi-level harmony analysis tool is proposed, namely, DC level three-dimensional space. Finding out the key of disharmony provides the basis for prompt improvement measures to improve harmony degree.The empirical results also verify the rationality and scientificness of the element system and method proposed in the article for the harmonious diagnosis of supply chain logistics system.
