利用差示技术从红豆杉悬浮细胞中克隆出茉莉酸类诱导表达的基因 ,并用异源表达系统对有关基因进行功能鉴定 ,从而阐明紫杉醇生物合成机制 ,为今后解决红豆杉悬浮法生产细胞紫杉醇产量低且不稳定的难题提供理论依据和技术手段。
Differential expression technology was used to clone jasmonate-inducible genes from suspension cells of Taxus chinensis and use heterologous expression system to identify the relevant genes, thereby elucidating the mechanism of paclitaxel biosynthesis in order to solve the Taxus Suspension Cell Taxol production in the future. Low and unstable problems provide theoretical basis and technical means.
