黄酮类化合物抗炎作用机制研究进展

黄酮类化合物是植物的次级代谢产物之一,广泛存在于多种植物中。其药理作用广泛,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌及病毒、清除自由基、防止骨质疏松、保护心血管的作用。本文通过查阅近年来国内外发表的相关文献,从炎症产生的的重要通路,如花生四烯酸代谢途径、细胞因子及其受体、活性氧、NO途径、核因子、细胞间黏附分子等来对黄酮类化合物的抗炎作用机制进行综述,以期为黄酮类化合物进一步开发提供理论基础和研究方向。 Flavonoids are one of the plant’s secondary metabolites and are widely found in many plants. Its broad pharmacological effects, with anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-bacterial and viral clearance of free radicals, prevent osteoporosis, the role of cardiovascular protection. In this paper, by reviewing the literature published in recent years at home and abroad, important pathways from inflammation, such as arachidonic acid metabolic pathway, cytokines and their receptors, reactive oxygen species, NO pathway, nuclear factor, intercellular adhesion molecule The anti-inflammatory mechanism of flavonoids was reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis and research direction for the further development of flavonoids.
