利用刚塑性有限元方法分析异型扁坯的轧制成型过程 ,首次阐明了横向倾斜接触表面上节点速度分量之间的约束关系 ,得出异型扁坯宽展、筋高充满度的变化规律 ,其结果与实测值相吻合 ,并求得变形区内部的变形场
The rigid plastic finite element method was used to analyze the forming process of profiled slabs. The constraint relationship between the velocity components of the slanting contact surfaces was clarified for the first time. The result is consistent with the measured value and the deformation field inside the deformation zone is obtained
