采用关联统计的系统研究思想,收集整理了国内14台轴流风扇/压气机性能试验数据,在分析、识别大流量风扇与高压比压气机变工况特性曲线形状结构特征的基础上,提出了表征风扇/压气机气动性能的两类基本属性.通过尝试构建多种无量纲物理参数,在统计层次上探索了风扇/压气机特性曲线变转速偏移程度和等转速工作范围的量化关联关系.结果表明:大流量风扇非设计转速特性曲线的偏移程度和有效流量工作范围均要大于高压比压气机;风扇/压气机最高效率线上相对压比、相对流量、相对流量-转速比和相对加功量-转速比4个物理参数之间存在明显统计规律;所构建的经验数学模型可以对性能试验数据做统一相关性分析.
Based on the systematic research thought of correlation statistics, this paper collects and analyzes the performance test data of 14 axial fans / compressors in China. The empirical mathematical model constructed can make a unified correlation analysis of the performance test data.
